Alpha Helix Energy is an independent Oil and Natural Gas producer located in the heart of West Virginia's Appalachian basin. Alpha Helix and its sister companies, Beta Helix and Delta Helix, acquire, manage and operate Oil and Natural Gas wells and properties across the state. Our expertise is in the acquisition of distressed properties and improving production and efficiency on these properties through well service, repair and recompletion techniques. We operate conventional and horizontal wells in over twenty counties across the state of West Virginia. Alpha Helix Energy's goal is to continue growing through acquisitions in order to provide a sustainable energy source to West Virginia and its surrounding areas for generations to come.
Our growth model is based on the acquisition of existing oil and gas assets. We review and evaluate acquisition opportunities on a daily basis using resourceful techniques and target large packages of wells and leases for acquisition primarily in central West Virginia. We have reviewed packages all over the Appalachian basin including in Kentucky, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
Our management personnel have developed thousands of oil and natural gas wells located on tens of thousands of acres of leased property in the state of West Virginia. Their experience in the Appalachian basin creates a unique understanding of the wells and formations in the area. Through service, repair, recompletion and production enhancement techniques we are able to recreate long lasting and productive oil and gas properties from assets often considered no longer economically viable.
Operating over a thousand wells takes effective management and concurrent logistics. Our management team has decades of experience in oil and gas operations and manages all aspects of these operations including daily well maintenance, production enhancement, well services, oil and natural gas sales and the distribution of oil and gas revenues.
